TRUE PEACE IN GOD

True peace in God

“Nitakase moyo wangu baba, nipe amani”

These are Swahili words meaning “purify my heart oh God, and give me peace.”

True peace comes from a sanctified heart, and a pure heart. Without purity of heart, a son to the kingdom of light will be filled with guilt. To overcome the guilt like King David you can cry to God, such is like in Psalms 51.1

 “Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions”

To attain peace, you need to find contentment in God; you will also need to run away from the constant pressure in the world with an urge to want to do the best in all things. Ask God to give you that one thing that brings out the best out of you.

In life I pray that God will give you the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to find out the things that gives you peace.

Application: Study your life, examine your ways, and find out those things that take away your peace. Eliminate them if you can, if not go to the father and tell him to give you peace.

My prayer is that you will rise above the ground and you will acknowledge Christ as the prince of peace.

The Lord God Is Holy

 GOD THE PERFECTOR OF ALL THINGS

Hi, I hope you are fine, today the verses I read were in the books of Moses, that is, 

On that same day the Lord told Moses, “Go up into the Abarim Range to Mount Nebo in Moab, across from Jericho, and view Canaan, the land I am giving the Israelites as their own possession. There on the mountain that you have climbed you will die and be gathered to your people, just as your brother Aaron died on Mount Hor and was gathered to his people. This is because both of you broke faith with me in the presence of the Israelites at the waters of Meribah Kadesh in the Desert of Zin and because you did not uphold my holiness among the Israelites. Therefore, you will see the land only from a distance; you will not enter the land I am giving to the people of Israel.” (Deuteronomy 32: 48-52)

Moses died in the range of Mount Nebo just like his brother Aaron. He could not see the Promised Land because he broke faith with God in the presence of Israelites and that he did not uphold holiness of God among the Israelites. 

The lord God is holy, he is the beginning, and he perfects of all things. The bible says that he is the same yesterday today and forever. He also says “come to me all that are heavy are tired and heavy ridden and I will give you rest. Do you thirst and Hunger for God, come to Jesus and He will refresh you.

Do you desire God to do something new for you today? Then retracts your steps; go back to God, your father, in truth, purity, and sincerity of heart. He will never hide his face away from you. A broken and a contrite spirit the Lord will never despise. He hates pride, He wants you to go back to him, on your knees tell him as it is. Go to him as you are, confess your sins, and acknowledge him as your father. Believe in your heart and your life shall never be the same again.

From our scripture, I urge you never to miss your promises form the Lord. Do not compromise your faith to God like Moses and Aaron did. Please don’t shame the Lord, your God, especially before the people. Uphold the holiness of God and you will not miss the path of your promises.

If things have not been right and you have not been with God in the right track, do not fear. The God, is holy, he is a God of many chances. He has a second chance for you. Go back to Him and dedicate your life to him. He will never leave you nor forsake you. You are the only one who can choose to leave him.

God is holy and for your success in this generation remember these things: 

1. Never break faith with God.
2. Uphold holiness of God
3. Allow God to count on you, never shame him
